Org chart · v2.9, September 2026
Every seat below is a role, not a person: a model with a fixed job, a manager above it and a weekly review. Judgment stays with the Chairman and the Studio Head; the rest of the chart does the work, around the clock, in four offices (one per computer) and on two storage servers.

How work enters the studio
Six rules hold it together: collectives, not employees; one hierarchy everywhere; stand-ins when a model's usage runs out; compulsory hand-offs; every local model named by the card it runs on; and a check is always done by a different session from the one that did the work.
